Should be all better now…
Just so everybody’s up to date with what’s going on, I rebuilt the site’s database over the weekend, and it looks like nothing important was lost.

Chaco Canyon
One of the advantages of rearranging your house is that sometimes you’ll find a long-lost treasure in the process. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been going through a big in-house reshuffle to make better use of space, and I stumbled across some old slides I took on a visit to Chaco Canyon decades back.
Sadly, [...]Pardon my dust…
I’m going to be doing an upgrade of the Wordpress software that runs this site tonight. This process should take only a few minutes, and should be completely invisible to you — but in case you subsequently see any odd behavior from this site, please drop me a line.
Four Stone Hearth — call for submissions
Well, the 26th edition of the Four Stone Hearth blog carnival is now online at Primate Diaries, and that can only mean one thing. It’s time to start collecting material for the 27th edition…
