USB flash drives are so common and cheap that it’s easy to forget there’s actually a lot of expensive equipment involved in making them. Of course, it’s the automation that makes them cheap in the first place — so in today’s video, you get to come along on a Netbooknews tour of a Kingston plant in Hsinchu (southern Taipei) that produces the little critters:
