Casual Friday — Kepler mission

Back in January, you may recall that I talked about the Kepler spacecraft, on a mission to look for planets orbiting stars in a slice of sky in the constellation Cygnus. Well, Kepler’s been launched, and taken its first images of the stars it will be monitoring for the next 3-1/2 years. I thought this would be a good time to include a video talking a bit more about the spacecraft and its mission:
