Tilt-shift photography is a technique that allows a photographer to take an image of a real-life scene, but which looks like it was made from a miniature.
Keith Loutit is an Australian photographer who has taken this a step further, and made time-lapse movies done in tilt-shift. Here’s a one-minute movie (called “Beached”) that he made of Tamarama Beach, in Sydney:
