Casual Friday — Phoenix (nearly) on Mars

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve likely run across some of the barrage of internet coverage of the upcoming (this Sunday!) arrival of the Phoenix lander at Mars. I’m sure we’re all crossing our fingers and toes thanks to past problems there; while you’re waiting for the big event, you can watch this fun bit of video courtesy of the Phoenix project:

    That’s a realy cool movie. Reality can rock more than (sci) fiction.
    I hope it finds a nice boulderfree spot to land. Preferably next to the house of some little green men and women.
